and makes no representation that this Website is appropriate
or available for use in other locations. If you use this Website
from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with
applicable local laws including but not limited to the export
and import regulations of other countries.

give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the

to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of

filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action
